TRAVEL WITH FLEXIBILITY
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE YOUR BOOKING:
We hope to welcome you soon on Crete! Until then, we wish to let you know of the ways in which you can alter your booking for additional comfort and flexibility.
If your stay has been booked through our website or reservations team with an arrival date from the 1st of May till the end of October 2020, we are making the following options available to you:
- You can alter the dates of your stay, for a time frame within 2020 or 2021 without additional fees, apart from a possible rate difference according to the period
- We will accept your cancellation, without any additional fees, even up to three (3) days before arrival
- If your stay has been booked for the period 23.07-25.08.2020, you can change or cancel your reservation at no charge up to 7 days before your arrival date
Booking your stay for the summer of 2020:
It will be a joy to welcome you this summer, and to offer you extra ways in which you can modify your stay. We provide you with two different options, for maximum flexibility:
- Booking a stay with a 10% deposit will offer you an option of cancelling up to 3 days before your arrival, with no additional charge
- For arrivals between 23.07.2020 and 25.08.2020, reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 7 days before your arrival, with no additional charge
*Important Information:
- Some exclusions may apply. We may exclude dates with special events, or weeks of peak demand.
- Villas are not included in this policy.
- Please contact the hotel if you are a group organiser and have questions regarding our terms and conditions.
- Any changes to reservation are subject to availability and differences in rates.
Our official price list for 2021 will retain the same prices as 2020 for now, providing time for our guests to plan their vacation.
